Wilfred Lang

An award-winning artist noted for his abstract work and cityscapes, Wilfred is in fact particularly popular for his yacht and boat images of all forms.
Dutch in origin, born in China, he was encouraged from an early age by his artist parents and began painting at the age of seven, later receiving formal training at the Fine Art College of Shanghai.
Since graduating in 1977, Wilfred has developed and extended his range to the present day, gathering inspiration from his living and traveling in that period within both Europe and Hawaii.
Because of his unique ability to blend color and form, Wilfred is popular with collectors the world over. Lang divides his time evenly between homes in Hawaii and Amsterdam, and has recently gained considerable popularity in America.
